  • For apartment living, it's about average. I've lived in enough apartments in Arizona and Florida to know they are all about the same, unless you are living downtown in a high rise that has concrete floors. Moved in here shortly after they opened as I liked the location and it was close enough to the action but it seemed like the interstate divide gave it a little more of a calming presence. The grounds are very nice. They pool setup is pleasing on the eyes and there's a little grassy area on the other side for pets and throwing frisbee or whatever you do on a lawn. What started to bother me, and I did break my lease and leave, is that the walls were super thin. I had never quite experienced anything like it. I was with a girlfriend at the time and it was Christmas day, I think this was 2012 if I'm not mistaken, and it was almost like we were having Christmas with the neighbors. You could literally hear them conversing at normal conversation tone. Then, when I'd lay in bed at night I could hear the people on the other side. I was scared to burp because I knew my neighbors could hear it. The apartment itself was nice. Nice washer and dryer, nice kitchen and a very nice bathroom with a big tub and two sinks. Carpet was cheap, which is standard, but overall appeal of the apartment was nice to look at. The balcony was also spacious and nice. I ended up breaking my lease because I had to move out-of-state but I definitely would not have renewed my lease just based on the noise issue and thin walls. I always thought the staff was great to work with which was another plus despite some frustrations. For the price, it wasn't a bad apartment. You get what you pay for I guess.
