Came to this Walmart just to exchange a few gifts that were the wrong size. Stood in line for 20 minutes (No problem. It's busy. I get it.) only to be told that even though they carry the item(s), there's nothing they could do because they didn't sell any units in their particular location. So now you can only return or exchange from the Walmart that you bought it from? I thought that Walmart was all about being convenient. I guess not anymore. So I didn't complain. People are just doing their job and I get that. They give me 2 locations that I'd be able to do the exchanges because this policy is apparently only held in certain walmarts but other locations can do it no problem. So I go to one of the locations that was given to me, stood in line for almost 40 minutes now, and was told the same thing: they can't take it back because they didn't sell it in their store, BUT they do carry it. Because of this experience I will never come back to Walmart and at this point will just donate the gifts that were given to me just so I don't have to deal with Walmart anymore. This business will not care because I am only one person and they still have others that will continue to put with some bullshit like this. Peace out Walmart! I'll take my money to target!
