  • This is for the Holt Renfrew location. The staff are rude, the usual same 2-3 ladies. Ok, maybe not rude, but they aren't friendly, and don't seem to like their job or talking to people. Selection is small, this is a smallest trade secrets location I have been to. It does have the essentials that I use (Macadamia Natural Oil and nail polishes) so it is fine for me. Just don't expect any advice or friendly service.
