  • A quadruple BIG FAT ZERO this location deserves!!! I made a reservation, went to pick up the car, had to wait almost an hour...and received a filthy SUV, granted I'm renting for 4 weeks, a darn month...and yet they have no respect to wash the car, when I asked them why are there dirt stains on the seats in the back, the guy told me, thats lint...yeah sure, and I'm colorblind! Please don't ever do any business at this place, they are all incompetent, illiterate and beyond any basic customer service skills.....I could go on here, but take my word for it...this place SUCKS!!!! the Manager is one her cell phone and goes outside to smoke and chat....what exactly am I paying for here ??? I'll go National or Hertz or anyone but this LOCATION...ITS A TOTAL disaster here....if you wanna stand in a line and receive a 24 questionnaire upon arrival be my guest, go here!!!
