Ugh.....if I could give this place negative stars I would! When I walked in the girl looked up at me annoyed and grumbled something that sounded like "can I help you?" I said I had an appointment and was directed over to a seat. The other nail places I've been to usually fix my cuticles, give me a hand massage, soak my nails, etc. All they did was slightly file my nails and just started to put a base coat on. Huh? Then while doing my nails they bumped into my other nail and smudged it. They looked up annoyed and said I had moved and caused them to bump into it and now they had to fix it. First of all I did not move and they bumped into me. But nice of them to accuse me of their error. Nice. Usually the manicurist will clean up any stray nail polish using a cuticle stick with some gauze on it. This person just used their nails and were digging into my cuticles to remove it. And even when I got home there was still polish on my cuticles on every single finger!
There was another girl there and she told the manicurist that what she did hurt her and that she shouldn't be in any pain!
There were three workers there and they were all speaking loudly to each other in their native language which was not pleasant sounding. And I think it's quite rude to be loudly chit chatting with one another in front of your customers let alone in a different language. When I went to pay I handed her a credit card and she grumbled "debit" and looked annoyed. I guess they don't take credit cards. I gave her some cash she gave me change and then just walked off. Not even a thank you or a smile or eye contact or anything.
And to top it off they did a terrible job. I will definitely never go back there again. Not only was the manicure terrible (my cat could've done a better job using his right back paw while blindfolded and balancing on his two front paws and twirling around) but so was the service. I don't know how this place stays in business. Truly an awful experience.
