  • The new management it fantastic. The maintenance crew is fast and friendly. Any problems with pests get fixed quickly. My one outstanding issue is the poor roof insulation which leads to high utility bills. I have a 2 bdr loft on top floor in direct sun and some months cost 400-500 dollars just to keep the place at around 77 degrees. Still worth 5 stars though. I love it here
