  • Our fireplace was having some issues like flaming out after 30 minutes and so on. I contacted Charlie primarily based on numerous favorable reviews I read here. I now see why he gets such rave reviews. Very knowledgeable, professional and reasonable. Plus he is a nice guy. After about an hour of thorough inspection, cleaning and repair (including replacement of a switch), our fireplace is now working perfectly. It even looks better!
