  • I really don't understand such negative views. To each their own as you can't please everyone and people will always find something to bitch and moan about. Anyways, Sterling Summerland has been good to us since day one. We had lived there for a year. I am sadden by the fact we had to move due to relocation for work, but we would've definitely stayed if we were to remain in Las Vegas. We had visited many apartments prior to this one and everyone was so unwelcoming except Sterling. They were super welcoming and very personable the moment we walked in. Living there was wonderful minus our ratchet neighbors smoking in the apartment (which leaked into ours) and blasting their rap music all the time, which wasn't the apartment's fault. I even put in a formal complaint and they were very quick and understanding to respond to the issue. Also anytime we needed maintenance done, they were very quick in coming and getting things done. I loved how the staff just made us feel appreciated and like we mattered. They were very receptive to our needs and concerns. Definitely one of the best apartment complexes I've lived in. Thank you Sterling Summerland!
