..We went on with a dead phone and talked to Sarah. She was great and even hellped me get a lower rate.
That was last week. I thought everything was great until I couldnt' get the fingerprint scanner to work on my phone. I went all the way back down to the store (20 miles). I talked to Sarah again and she tested the phone with her fingerprints and said it was fine. I showed her how it worked for me and asked if I could test a different one. She said I would be defaulting on my contract, pay a $35 restocking fee and would have to pay for my other phone (buy one get one free) which was over $800.00. She said the phone works fine and that was that. I was not happy and didn't get resolution. Calling corporate to complain.
