Anytime I go, it's for washing big bed things, like comforters and such that are too big for our washer at home. It gets the job done.
Now I have no idea how raising prices at a laundromat works, so maybe it's just because I'm not a regular there, but I had a hard time swallowing the $6 I had to spend on a washer the last time I went in. The time before, same washer, it was $5.25.
They aren't the "cleanest" either. I'd suggest a good wash on the floors. I go there once in a blue moon for their big washers (and dryers if it's winter) and I'm in and out in a little over a half hour.
