  • My experience here was horrible, especially being that I was bringing my young son in for his first pair of glasses. They offered no help at all in helping to pick out or suggest frames even though we were the only people in there and 2 employees just sat up front chatting. Nor did they offer to adjust the glasses when we picked them up, they just fell down his nose. We waited over an hour to see the Dr. and I am not even sure the prescription was correct, he is complaining of blurry vision with them on. Upon leaving the employees had locked the front door 15 minutes before they were supposed to close and completely ignored the poor woman knocking outside looking to pick up her glasses. This place sucks I have since went to 20/20 and am impressed by their professionalism and how nice they are, will never go back.
