  • This place is run by garbage people who suck at their jobs because they suck at life. Woman could not tell the windshield chip day of getting keys to me, was charged $40. I know they get free windshields. I also sat around while they stared at computers unable to do anything without involving the entire staff, all for a car return that should have been as easy as returning keys and getting a emailed receipt. Now for the big gripe, I usually don't write reviews. Watch out for their rate adjustment because it might be TRIPLE what your day rate is. This car was through insurance for a month, I kept it for 4 extra days and got charged $650 at the end of it. The rate adjustment charge was over triple my combined 4 day cost which made the tax and everything else fly up. I'm sure I signed something to say they can fuck with me. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN A HERTZ AGAIN. These people are corporate cucks that look good when they rape wallets. They don't care about your day, saving you money, or even BEING HONEST. I will be disputing the charge and will only recommend that location to homeless men with full bladders.
