I have a 2016 Yukon Denali that needed service. I absolutely love this truck more than my BMW X5 or my Cayenne. However, I think that this service department should take some lessons from these dealerships. They know how to treat their clients like they are appreciated. Jason did not address me by name, I was handed a key afterwards and my vehicle was literally parked by FLW. I spent nearly 90K on my truck. More than either of my Euro cars. You will be treated like a number here. Think twice before committing to a GMC, they do not know how to run a service department that knows how to treat a customer.
