  • As a Verizon customer who still had unlimited data having to buy my phones out right decided to check out Sprint. The customer service at Sprint was very helpful and straightforward as far as plans and pricing. Just to doublecheck to make sure we couldn't get a better deal from Verizon because were loyal Verizon customers for 10 years we went to Verizon store and was told that we had to increase the bill and be limited to 18gb of data even though they told us that my phone alone is using 12 gigs a month. After hearing all that we left Verizon went back to the sprint store and picked up where we left off without having to wait in line again. We walked away with two brand-new iPhone 6s 64g and unlimited data for less than we were paying with Verizon. We worked with Marcos who is great but to be quite honest every every associate was very helpful.
