  • We lived at Post Ballantyne for 7 months. They management office didn't do a good job, they seem to only listen and be nice to get you to sign up. While there the management office never responded to complaints about cleanliness. During our move out one of their workers without permission was seen entering our apartment. Needless to say this concerned us. We have a well trained dog and put a deposit down. They just sent us a bill that keeps the deposit and requests an additional 100 for stains. Fortunately we took over 17 photos and videos of the apartment showing no stains. Make sure you do that if you decide to live here. As we have heard them doing this to others when we moved in.
