  • Awesome experience! Last time I went to jiffy lube at a different location about 8 months ago. The crew was nice but I was irritated after I left that I spent an easy $100 on stuff I didn't need or I found out later I could've just replaced myself for a fraction of the price. I always get so nervous coming to these places where I don't understand anything they are talking about & they know that. So with their crafty sales pitch they convince me to buy stuff I never need. Today was a totally different experience. Michael the store manager was fantastic. He wasn't pushy about getting me anything else, I told him I needed a cheap oil change because I was due & that's exactly what he got me. On top of it he made me feel comfortable about my visit. Not as if I was another number but an actual person. It's hard to find places that are not so involved in the numbers but more of the people now days. Very delighted with my visit & I will be returning to this location for my next oil change.
