  • Simply one of the worst for customer service imaginable. I was passed to at least 5 different reps who could not resolve my issue. The last rep told me that they were not actually escalating my call to 'specialists' as they were telling me, but instead just transferring me to someone else in the hopes that someone else would be able to solve my issue. Huh? I recommend canceling your Discover Card if you have one, their customer support is useless.
