  • Flat out unprofessional. I bought a laser lipo groupon of four treatments and it was such a hassle to try and get an appointment. The girl there was very unprofessional and showed no class and professionalism with her attire. I called many times and left a voice message after listening to the message system say to TEXT for a faster response and I never got a text back. I unfortunately had to find this place on my own by driving all the way from Mesa to Scottsdale to physically set up my appointments which she ended up canceling a couple of them. I was initially told that I would get 8 treatments because of the caliber of a machine they had would cause burning if they do more than a few minutes at a time. Honestly the machine looked like a kids toy and the few treatments I had were very painful. I have done this before in Gilbert and the machine was very large and was a high end machine and I felt no pain at all. The girl later cancelled my appointments because they had gotten a new one that looked a little better and best of all was not as painful. Later I got a text that my next appointment would be cancelled due to the machine not working and that I would be contacted back and obviously they didn't contact me back. If it wasn't one thing it was the other with this business. DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY HERE. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
