| - Last night when a pebble cracked my windshield, I became super stressed, immediately booking a flight to hell, riding coach. I'd have no time to meet a repairperson, I was angry about the expense, and I was even mad at that little tiny rock that did nothing but exist.
And this morning? The moment that I touched Safelite's offices? I felt like my flight to hell was derailed, changing its course to pleasure island. First class. From the receptionist to the beverages to everyone's kindness to my dog, wowsa!
But I mostly want to compliment the amazzzzzzzzzingly kind and intelligent service technician, Ed DelGrosso, who might as well have been serving me PiƱa Coladas on the beach with little umbrellas because that's exactly how he made me feel. He explained everything, petted my dog, and did the work superbly.
My windshield is pretty again. Thanks, Safelite! ;)
