  • HORRIBLE!!!!! from the first day i got them I wasn't happy , but I naturally don't have the thickest lashes so i thought maybe that how it was supposed to be... i called several times before making appointment just cause I was so nervous they told me i would be with a good tech and it would take TWO hours. Well I always where strip thick full lashes but i was going to mexico and didn't want to have to worry about lashes. so i decided to do extensions. I explained to the tech i wanted very long think looking lashes, SHE DID NOT DELIVER, even my friends said they looked thin not full and natural like my own lashes except with gaps, , OKAY SO 3 days later more then half were gone, i HATED HOW THEY LOOKED, and i followed all of the after care. i even reread the post care to make sure. well Monday when i was back they called me and i told them and they said i can come in for free hour. to fill them in but not till Saturday i agreed but my Wednesday i literally had like a few lashes left they looked ridiculous. so i took them out and called to cancel my membership. my tech took a little over a hour for a full set she jus said "im fast" i honestly think she rushed it cause it was horrible. NEVER AGAIN. i rather invest in latisse and continue to use strip lashes,
