  • I brought my Lexus IS-F in for service after is began making a loud knocking noise. The technicians did their best to diagnose the noise and came up with some possible service options. Ultimately, they consulted Lexus of North America who was clueless as to where the noise could be coming from. Braxton, the Director of Fixed Operations contacted me personally and refunded my diagnostics 100%. I cannot say enough good things about Bell Lexus and their management. They truly are a standout local, family owned business.
