  • My daughter rented a car, here in Las Vegas and forgot her handicap placard in it. The agent was gonna charge her $50 to mail it to her in Hawaii. Instead, we picked it up and sent it to her in a letter-sized envelope with a 49 cent, first class stamp. Go figure. Budget charged as much as a monthly car payment, yet, they were gonna rip off my daughter with a $50 charge!! So disgusting! A while back, another car rental company sent us a toy that was found under the seat. It was sent to us with no postage charge and it wasn't even our toy.
