  • Rude and nasty. I was sent here due to a canceled flight and the people at the counter were completely rude. I would never return to this hotel again they obviously don't care about customer service. Additionally the restaurant was closed for a holiday and the only alternative that they had was a soggy sandwich or a wilted salad. This place is a dump
