  • Lived here for about four years and the place changed management about three times. Office staff was never consistent and seemed like a revolving door. The reason I am giving this place such a low rating is because after I moved out they charged me over $1000 for items that were already broken when I moved in and "carpet cleaning." Vertical blinds that didn't work and were smoke stained from previous tenants were expected to be paid for by myself as well as a hole in a door that I didn't do. I have lived at multiple apartment complexes and after living there for this length of time they would simply replace the carpet not charge me an exorbitant amount for cleaning. Note that we were very clean and the carpets really did not even look that bad; they were simply just worn down from almost 4 years of use and a flood caused by an upstairs tenant. They were also slow with maintenance requests and these apartments are pretty much falling apart, yet they claim they are newly remodeled, even though it's with cheap appliances and flooring that was coming up all over. Stay away from this place as they charge a ton for rent compared to nearby places and don't care about your concerns. Best thing about the property is the grounds, nothing at all is great about the interiors of the apartments. Plenty of brand new apartments in the area to take advantage of if you are looking to rent. Moved out myself to get a house. Stay far far far away!!!
