  • Only ever been to this location so not sure how it compares to other Toys R Us stores. In general, it is a big warehouse where you might find most toy brands. The store seems well stocked but the layout isn't intuitive so it takes a while to find what you're looking for. I've come here on two occasions - the first was on Boxing day so I managed to get a great price on a toy that normally would've been out of my budget. However, I almost bought another toy that had been improperly boxed with missing pieces! I ended up spending a lot of extra time just to ensure the quality of my purchase. The second time, I pre-ordered online to pick up in store and save time. Ended up waiting in the pick up line for over 20 minutes despite being the next to be served. This location is evidently understaffed and sorely lacks in customer service. In future, I think I'll try smaller, boutique stores as they tend to be better managed. Big box stores seem to be good during major sales but even then quality tends to be questionable.
