Small cozy place, we walked in on a Saturday at 11:30 and the place was empty.
They offer bottomless mimosas, which we accepted with pleasure, hoping it would fix our hangovers. The waiter was refilling our glasses every two sips, so I say it was worth the 25$. They are using Oasis orange juice, and a sparkling wine I did not recognize.
They offered everyone miniature croissants with papaya jam. I appreciated the attention, and the jam was excellent. Croissants were a little overcooked.
Then we got the food; cream cheese and salmon Tartare bagel & chorizo and cheese waffle.
The bagel plate came with sundries tomatoes and capres. The Tartare was creamy, cut into really small pieces and well seasoned.
The waffle was light and fluffy, a little sweet and was topped with spicy chorizo, montego cheese and aragula.
The price is similar to other fancy brunch places in Montreal, plates are between 14-18$. Coffee is not included (4$ lattees or capucinos).
I will go back next time I'm in the neighbourhood.
