  • I ordered some specialty cookies from them (male celebrities) for a bachelorette party. On their instagram it showed the cookies were black and white or in full colour. When I picked them up the cookies were BLUE. I asked them why they were blue and they didn't look like that online. The person cashing me out was very dismissive and just said "that's the way they are". Considering that these cookies aren't cheap- i expected a better answer from them. When I emailed them afterwards to say I wasn't happy with the way they turned out, they didn't even respond! The cookies/cupcakes are OK. The taste is nothing special and nothing you can't find at ANY OTHER BAKERY. That being said, they're decorated nicely. 1 star for awful customer service- I wouldn't recommend anyone go there and I've told everyone I know about the bad customer service.
