  • A friend of mine bought a "new" game from here thinking it was a pre-owned game. A little less than a week later, he went to return the game still thinking it was pre-owned when they told him that it was actually new and they would not refund the full amount. The reason why we thought it was pre-owned was cause it never came with shrink wrap. To me, a new game is one that has the shrink wrap over it. I don't care if the disc was never played, new is when there's shrink wrap over the case and no one but you and machine that placed it in the case handled the disc. People: Just buy and sell your used games online.
