  • While travelling in the USA I ordered a 100.00 plus flower arrangement on line to be delivered to my wife. The instructions on the order form specifically stated DO NOT CALL THE HOME #. Well they did ruining what was supposed to be a birthday surprise. That aside imagine my surprise when arriving home I saw that my order was a long basket with potted plants, all of which could have been picked up at Safeway just plopped in the basket with some moss covering the tops of the pots. The presentation wa snon existent. There was zero imagination.
