  • This company completely wasted my time. I realize it's a holiday this week and most of the companies I called were booked out until next week. I was pleasantly surprised that the owner answered my call. Unfortunately he was out of town but said he had a tech available in Las Vegas while he was away. I was so happy! I had a bad smoke alarm that set off every other smoke alarm in the house. I disconnected a few but decided it was too much for me and I didn't want to do something wrong. He said that his tech, Daniel, would meet me at 1pm. I confirmed through text that he would definitely be there and he assured me he would. At 1:15pm I texted him and was told he was on his way. By 2pm I gave up and just disconnected the rest myself. I never received a phone call, reply or anything. I can't even believe companies do this to customers! What a waste, I'm so disappointed. Not professional, there are too many other good companies in town..stay away.
