  • Service-call reason: burning smell in washing machine. Side note: Didn't know I could request quotes directly through the Yelp app; so convenient! Actual Review: Gabe responded to my request right away, asked for Make & Model, and provided a quote. He came out the next day and arrived ON TIME (just by that, I'm already sold!). Then he fixed our issue and the actual charge came out a little less than the quote (the clincher!). Now I can do laundry again! Yay!?!? Everything about this service-call was perfect, we've scheduled a return visit so he can look at our dryer next. :) Last note: Gabe was personable and easy to talk to. He will be our go-to guy for this and other electrical issues from now on.
