  • I have been to Phoenix numerous times and didn't know Super Shuttle operated as far away from the airport as Surprise which is west of Phoenix. This made it very convenient for my family to not have to make the round trip to the airport picking me up and dropping me up around rush hour time when I can get a good flight. I liked being able to track the van online as it worked its way to my destination. It was 10 minutes after the selected pickup time but I was text messaged in advance and I left myself plenty of time to get my flight. The interior of the van was a little worn - tattered and such. The driver was very helpful and efficient. He minded his business and I minded mine. Two other guys were picked up so we were three when we arrived at the airport at my airline departure area. The guys had to walk to theirs on the other end. I would recommend this as cheaper than driving and parking or having your family shuttle you over a half hour each way. If you don't want to share a ride, there are options with single passengers. Super Shuttle should advertise more.
