  • Don't let the beautiful appearance of this joint fool you. The owner/manager is the biggest jerk I have EVER encountered in my life!! I had a $50 dollar gift card that was given to me a year ago. The card had NO terms/conditions stated on it, nor did it have an expiration date on it. My mom was going on vacation, so I gave it to her so she could leave town with a fresh pedi. This jerk told my mother that she couldn't use the card, that it was ten years old!!! Are you kidding me?!?! After going back and forth with him, explaining that there is no expiration date, he started screaming at me saying "you wanna fight? You get your lawyer, I get my lawyer, we fight!" He finally agreed to give me $10 for my $50 gift card!!! While my mother was getting her pedicure, he continued to harass her, in front of other clients, saying "that's my money! I pay for it!!" How embarrassing! What a complete jerk. I could understand him saying that he needed to take a certain percentage off because it was a year old, even though there is no expiration date on the card...but to give $10 and walk around embarrassing your clients is TOTALLY unacceptable!! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. All he cares about is money...not customer service or keeping customers. If you want relaxation, stay far away from here!!
