rev:text	I'm not sure how these people were hired since they have no idea how many minutes are in one hour. They said the procedure would take one hour and 4 hours later we finally left for a 10 minute shot. I asked a simple question and was bombarded by a nurse that came storming out of the back room. It's probably not an issue if they take 4 hours since they get paid for it while the rest of us wait and waste our days for their incompetence.
