| - Once you buy a vehicle from them, they could care less about you or your vehicle. We purchased a brand new Jeep from them, it's a little over a year old and we've had several issues with it. Long story short , last time we took it in the manager advised me to "manually shift" my vehicle while driving on regular streets in order to avoid my automatic Jeep to overheat and smoke out of the hood...who says that to their customer?! Worst part is, they feed you all this while smiling and giving you "great customer service". They didn't look at our vehicle that day, instead they asked that we make an appointment, we do. I drop it off at 7:30 am. My husband calls them at 4 to see what progress has been made and to our dismay it had not been touched!! Mind you, this is my only vehicle!!! I had to call 3-4 different managers and the only one to call back was Nick, the service dept manager. They set us up with a rental, saying it would be 10-12 days until they were done with our Jeep, they were very vague as to why. They asked us to "rush" to pick up the rental, which we honestly couldn't do...they did the same when we dropped it off. Anyways, a week and a half later they call asking us to pick up our vehicle...again trying to rush us, I work an hr away from them. I asked me husband to pick it up, but he couldn't until the next day, we both work late. When he picks it up, ONCE AGAIN...they're vague about what work was done to the vehicle! They also did not check on the differential or radio (not very important) like we asked!!! I'm still livid and don't know how to proceed. This isn't fair!
