rev:text	I Would give this place no stars if I could, but it doesn't allow that. I reserved a car for a week and went to the location to pick it up. There was no one at the desk.There was a placard that gave a phone number to call if the desk was unmanned. I called it and it ran on the desk!! What good is that?? After waiting about ten minutes, I called the Hertz 800# to try to find out what to do. The 800# was no help and told me I just had to wait. After another 10 or 15 minutes, two men who were in the waiting area came up to me and told me that the woman who was working there had gone to wash their car. Why she didn't forward the desk phone to her cell, I don't know. At least that way, I would have known what was going on. Instead, I had to be told by the other customers. When she came back, she was very rude, telling me that "I am only one person and can only do one thing at a time." No apology, just attitude. She processed my order and, of course, DID have the time to try to get me to take the insurance. Then she gave me my paperwork and sent me out to look the car over. It was dirty inside and out. I came back and got the key, but she didn't have the key out. When I asked her where the key was, she told me to "figure it out". I realized that I needed to press the little button to make the key pop out. I should have made her wash my car,too, but I just wanted to get out of there. I will never rent from Hertz again and will tell everyone I know my experience with them.
