  • I stopped in to get a estimate for an oil change on one truck and a tune up and oil change on another. He said he couldn't give me a price because a tune up means different things to different people. He delivered this line with some serious attitude. So I clarified plugs and wires and then asked him to break down prices for tune up and then coolant sensor replacement. When I asked again for an estimate he brought his rudeness to a new level and then asked me to leave. ???? Since he could not even offer a price I can only assume he is a rip off artist and was angered that I even had the nerve to question him about what the cost is and what service that includes. I went to too other shops that were able to plug the vehical info into a computer and then give me an estimate and tell me what that covered. I don't why this task was beyond Carls grasp. I would avoid this jacka$$.
