  • I likely won't be popular for saying this but I never really have much luck at this place. The staff are snobby and seem uninteresting in helping, they never have what I'm looking for and they're over-priced. I came here a couple of months ago looking for hiking pants. Not only was it like pulling teeth to get some help, but I couldn't find anything that fit properly. I ended up leaving and going to Arc'teryx (which isn't far away) and got everything I need and more! I have way better luck at Sail... oh sure, it's out in Oshawa but I'd rather go there than downtown for nothing. And seriously, what's with the membership? Get over yourselves. Honestly.
