  • Buyers BEWARE. If you go to Suitsupply Toronto, I highly recommend you avoid sales rep Pious. This is the first time I've ever refunded/not purchased an item due to garbage service. We went in on Saturday and was prepared to buy up to 3 suits. It was very busy and someone got Pious to help us (unfortunately). He immediately went for one of their most expensive suits first, and then worked his way down from there without asking so much as to what we wanted. As we were trying on a number of suits, another customer was filing a complaint against him. This should have been the first warning of what was to come. As we wanted to try on additional suit fits/colors, I noticed Pious becoming less patient even though we weren't there for that long. He consistently brought the most expensive fit/color variations. He's completely unable to provide constructive advice besides saying "it's disgusting", "it's ugly", etc. As we conversed, I could easily tell his arrogance and continuous lies. He told us he worked at Harry Rosen for 6 years (LOL), which is a lie. He also thinks he has more experience than most tailors (what a joke). He can't even pass as a Wal-Mart greeter. Nonetheless, the suit fit well and I bought it, along with alterations. Fast forward to the next day and we went in again to try on additional suits. You could immediately tell Pious didn't even care since he already made his commission sale. What he didn't know was we were ready to buy additional suits. Unfortunately, once again, he was selected to assist us. As we went on to try more suits, he actually came in and said to himself, "taking too much space in the change rooms", even though we had been there for approx 10 mins and had already purchased from him. We then waited as I saw him just chatting away with other people while we waited for some sort of advice and assistance. So after giving him benefit of the doubt multiple times, I decided to refund and shop elsewhere. Words to describe Pious would be arrogant, poser, dbag, and sad. He's probably the biggest poser I've ever met. You can tell he's so self-absorbed that you almost feel bad for him. So Suitsupply, Pious is a huge liability to your business and cost you quite a few sales already from my own experience and from what I've heard and read. Also note that he's attempting to start his own MtM business, Brown & Company Sartoria. It's almost sad to see how he'll run that into the ground. Thank you manager Sydney for processing my refund. I suspect our experience would have been much better with a different sales professional. Overall, if you're looking to shop here, read the negative reviews. They are largely true in my experience. The only saving grace is the suits fit nicely, but there are plenty of other options in this city.
