  • In The Forum shops at Caesar's Palace. Fantastic hubby saw a gorgeous pair of chukka-type boots there, and brought me back to see the trying-on. Excellent customer service from Mike, who was well-informed about product, found the right size, answered all the questions, and was very attentive. Alas we did not buy -- gorgeous though they were, $545 is a lot of money for a boot, and hubby was not sure that they would pass the long-term-comfort test. We have later gone a-hunting for a similar pair of boots at a more friendly price... and nothing compares to the Tod's.
