I had purchased a coupon for $70 dollars months ago and had just noticed it had expired 3weeks earlier. So I called to make an appointment and some grumpy guy informed me there was "no exceptions" and was even rude enough to say I had months to redeem it and that it was my fault. I tried to keep my calm and informed him of my circumstances for not redeeming on time and that I would hate to have to leave a bad review for this company. But he didn't care that he was loosing a good customer who would have tipped excellently (if I was accommodated) or that he would also be loosing more customers from my review. He continued to offer no help or genuine sympathy. I understand that policy is policy and I was passed the redeeming time but I still found him rude and unpleasant in the way he communicated this to me. Not to mention that I have always had other horseback riding places accept my coupon past the expiration date, try to accommodate my needs in some other way or at the very least be pleasant in turning me down. He also informed me that I would have to pay the regular fee which would have at least double the coupon price I had already paid. I rather loose my $70 dollars than pay $140 + tax + tip to such rude undeserving business. So don't complain about locals not supporting small businesses. What happened to a little western hospitality???
My experience with the customer service here was awful and would not recommend this place to anyone who has some self-respect. I'm no rookie with going to the local horseback riding businesses so I know when people are pleasant and genuine. Definitely sticking to Fort McDowell Adventures or MacDonald's Ranch they are more deserving of my business.
