This review is based solely on this store's lack of customer service via the phone. This store has a RIDICULOUS automated service. It's a large chain store, fine, whatever. However, the answering machine puts you in this queue and when no one picks up the phone, it asks you to leave your name + phone #, and someone will "return your call". Yeah, whatever. I'm sure someone will bother even listening to the messages, let alone calling people back!
With the number of idle salespeople on their sales floor, can 1 of them pick up the phone??
I actually Twittered them to let them know about their poor customer service and that's when I got a response. However, after I asked my question, no response to that.
I find that many stores are only focusing on the bottom-line and forgetting about the customer service basics.
