  • **UPDATE** **UPDATE** **UPDATE** Just got off the phone with Jeremy. He is the district manager of the Upper Image Car Wash. We spoke for about 20 minutes. Stand up guy who really cares about his business. I am upgrading my review to 4 stars...Customer service means the world to me, and he is willing to work with me to get this situation resolved. I really appreciate you reaching out to me...4 stars. I was torn about how many stars I was going to give this establishment. Because the guy was really nice. Gave my kids candy, and kept on apologizing for the malfunctioning machine. But....after it was finished and looking at my truck....2 stars is all I can give.... First off....$18 for a carwash is kind of pricey, but my truck needed a REALLY good washing. I thought, that for $18 it would come out nice and shiny....Nope....The machine kept breaking down, and it took us roughly 30 minutes to get our truck washed. And then to add insult to injury. 2 big scratches on the driver side of my truck. :(. I will post pictures as soon as I have them available. How do I know it was done here? Because my guys at my shop, had recently buffed out my truck and it was spotless....I saw their sign, that says they are not responsible, but either way...Sad day....because I take care of my truck. Oh well...lesson learned. I wont be back.
