  • This place lacks professionalism and accountability. I found Breckenridge on an apartment app while searching the area for options. The price of rent was appealing and they looked decent online. We selected the floor plan that we wanted and decided to go check it out. Their website said they had a few available later on this month. When we got there, we had to wait in the clubhouse for about 20 minutes to speak to a consultant and tour the community, no big deal. It was Sunday and we understood. While waiting for the consultant to come back, my boyfriend and his sister were watching TV and I was people watching thru the windows to kind of get a feel of what type of people they accept into their community. Welp, needless to say this was NOT the place for me. I witnessed two tweeked out people do a drug deal in the broad daylight, in the middle of the courtyard! That was interesting, and new to me. (Meth is bad guys, don't do it.) When the consultant finally returned, (I think her name is denise or debra, something like that) I wanted to get right down to business, I told her what floor plan we wanted and when we needed the keys by. She put a floor plan list down in front of us explaining that she has nothing available. The prices were WAY different than what they were on the website and of course I said something about that! She was very cold, and rude about it exclaiming that everything on the website is wrong, including the prices. I was completely taken aback by her compulsiveness and lack of understanding. She did say that the only thing she would have available later this month would be a three bedroom unit, so I said lets tour a three bedroom and see if we like it. Well, she didn't have a model to show us! WHY would you recommend something and have nothing to show? Sigh. Needless to say, we did not go forward with the move in process here. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
