  • First off, they aren't closed even though it says that. Second, the people working there are nice and I got into my appointment fast. The reason for the poor rating is the nurse practitioner I saw about my hearing loss. The test confirmed that I did have hearing loss, and she said there was nothing that would help that. I tried to tell her the symptoms I was having for the past three years and she did not care one bit. She was rushing to get out of the room and told me I could see someone else because the problem is my "central processor." It was a $100 copay to see her and all I got is "yeah, something is wrong, good luck with that." Guess I'll spend another three years suffering because not one person in the medical field can be bothered to care.
