rev:text	I'm the Queen at providing great reviews, however I can not provide a positive review on this tour company and here's why... I had plans of visiting Charlotte for a weekend getaway and contacted this business a week in advance by phone several times to inquire more about their tour package and purchase a ticket. No one ever answered the phone and even after leaving several messages on what appeared to be an answering machine, no one to this day has even returned my call. I also contacted them via their online contact form and received an automated promotional email about receiving discounts on their travel packages- I immediately unsubscribed from any promotional emails from this company because the purpose of me contacting them was because I wasn't receiving a simple phone call back from them. I also text them as their website advised and finally someone responded via text 3 hours after the scheduled tour stating that they were booked and would text me future tour schedules. I immediately replied and informed them not to bother because u was only in town for the weekend and the tour I wanted was hours before at 1:30pm on Saturday. I've never dealt with a company that was as unprofessional as Queens City Tours & Travel. They never returned any of my calls; nor respond to my email, and when they finally responded to my text it was 3.5 hours after the tour I chose. Also, their website is bombarded with advertisements and you have to scroll through many of them to read details about their tours, contact information, schedule, etc. The online booking form was unavailable the entire week I was attempting to book my tour, but having experienced how unprofessional they conduct business business I'm elated that it wasn't functioning. I refuse to patronize a company who never answers the phone let alone respond to emails. In addition, requesting potential customers to text you is not professional. I'll utilize another tour company during my next Charlotte visit.
