  • So got here at 845 with my wife and another couple. Power went off at about 915. There are no managers available to answer questions about refunds as there are other priorities they are attending to... Told by employees "good luck" in getting a refund. This is an MGM property - its shameful that its allowing its reputation being dragged through the mud by what used to be one of the most succesful events during the haloween season. Really disapointed. Buyer beware.
