  • I haven't actually lived there for a while, when I was there they were in the process of changing from brookstone to the pointe but I just saw all these horrible reviews and just wanted to say while management was ehhh (Janice was always rude and EVERYONE I met living there said the same thing about her, not sure if she's still there) and the gates never worked my apartment was nice. Never had not one single bug issue and alway met the friendliest people and made friends when walking my dog on the grass area. They fixed stuff pretty fast for me when needed. I mean if the gates and everything is something you could live with I would say these are okay.
