I went to 4 different vets that told me that my dog's cough was everything but the issue I was saying. I told them my dog ran through a field of foxtails and was sneezing violently and then coughing for months. I was constantly dismissed. Finally I came home to Arizona and got to see the amazing people at Kennel Care and they truly listened. Not just to me but to my Ruby. Dr. Lind is incredibly compassionate and passionate about your baby and never dismisses your input and thoughts. She truly listens. She performed a test for a less invasive procedure and never once prescribed an antibiotic without a cause and I love this. She then performed an exam under anesthesia and uncovered a bacteria that was conclusive with our suspicions. She immediately scheduled a bronchoscopy with a very talented surgical internist (Dr. Greene) that extracted a horrific foxtail they allowed us to keep as proof of how terrifying foxtails can be to our beloved fur babies. Thanks to all of the incredible doctors, assistants, admins and support staff at Kennel Care my darling baby is breathing peacefully and sleeping at my feet mere hours after extracting the most horrific thing I have ever seen in my life. I have Cystic Fibrosis and the fact that these doctors really listened and understood my dedication to my companion's breathing has literally changed my life. Thank you so much to Dr. Lind, Dr Greene and Dr. Tuttle for giving my baby the first peace she has felt in months. All of the staff at Kennel Care is epic. I have no words for the compassion, kindness and love we felt today. Thank you ALL so much
