  • Usually i never write reviews, but i think with this one i can help other parents to know what to expect when they choose DP. The stuff is very rude and unprofessional. The wait time is 1-2 hours even if you are the first apt. My baby was coughing since monday, i call the office to make an apt, and have been told that they are very busy, and i can give them a call back in the morning . I called in the morning i got the same answer. Tuesday around 9pm my child's fever was 105 and no medicine was helping her. I took her to the Summerlin Hospital emergency room, waited 5 hours,they took her urine for test, and i was told to give her Tylenol and Motrin every 3 hours and to call in the morning to make an apt with my pediatrician. I called in the morning and got the same answer as usual "we are very busy, call us in the morning". I called them today to finally get an apt, i told them that i am calling them from monday and today is already friday and i can't get an apt. for my child who's having high fever already 4 days!! She said they are still very busy. This was the last time i am calling them! I'll never step back in this office!!
